NetSAP Boston invites you to join us for a
tightly packed panel discussion on getting into a top business
program!
Our panelists are Alumni from Top BSchools such as HBS,
University of Houston, Sloan and Northeastern. They will share their
experiences and give you insight into the focus areas at top
business schools (Executive & Full-time programs) which will
help you identify areas from your own experience that you can
highlight in your application. Know your career options after an MBA
and how an MBA can change your life.
We also have, Sandy Kreisberg, a frequently cited business school
admissions expert who has assisted hundreds of applicants be placed
at schools such as Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, and Sloan. He will
provide you with the tone, sensibility, and ethos that each school
looks for in an essay.

Panelists Bios
Sanford Kreisberg, Founder,
Cambridge Essay Services
Sandy is the founder of Cambridge Essay Services, an admissions
consulting firm for applicants to elite business schools. Since
1995, Sandy has helped place hundreds of applicants into such
leading business schools as Harvard Business School, Wharton,
Stanford, Sloan, Columbia, Kellogg and Chicago. The Improper
Bostonian noted that "His savvy with regard to elite
programs--including (but not only) those at Harvard, Stanford and
Penn's Wharton School--encompasses the particular tone,
sensibility and ethos that each school looks for in an essay."
Sandy is frequently cited as an expert on admissions to MBA
programs. He has been featured in articles in the Wall Street
Journal, The New York Times, and the Harvard Crimson. Sandy also
appeared on The Today Show on CBS in 2005. Sandy is the former
Director of Communications at the MIT-Sloan Business School and
taught Expository Writing at Harvard for eight years, specializing
in the personal essay. He holds an M.A. in English Literature from
Harvard
Anu Chitrapu , Alum MIT
Sloan; Wealth & Investment Management Group,Bank of America
Anu Chitrapu holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of
Management. Prior to Sloan, Anu worked in Product Marketing and
Business Development at CellExchange, Endeca and iBelong. While at
Sloan, Anu was editor of the Sloan newspaper, VP in the Social
Entrepreneurship Club and maintained a very highly visited journal
on the Sloan admissions site. In addition, she was a teaching
assistant for “Global Markets” and also a new course on India &
China. Anu now works with the Wealth & Investment Management group
at Bank of America. With a degree in Physics from India and an MS
in Information Systems from the University of Texas, Anu has
several years of experience in the Enterprise Software space. On a
personal note, Anu is a writer of contemporary fiction and some of
her recent work can be found at www.sulekha.com. Anu is an active
member of the TiE Women’s Initiative. Anu’s interests include
Entrepreneurship in Developing countries and Public-Private sector
partnerships.
Andrew Menter, CEO,
Highland Campus Health; Alum University of Houston
Mr. Menter has wide-ranging experience in all facets of corporate
finance, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions,
negotiations, business development, corporate governance and legal
affairs.
His Wall Street experience includes tenures at both J.P.
Morgan Chase & Co, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and
an international European-based firm specializing in fixed-income
products.
He earned a B.A. from Brown University and his Juris Doctor and
Masters in Business Administration (Concentration in Finance) from
The University of Houston.
Tushneem Dharamagadda,
IP Design, Analog Devices; High Tech Executive MBA Program,
Northeastern University
Tushneem has over seven years of experience in areas as varied as
technology, non-profit leadership, fund-raising, and management.
Tushneem works for Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) in the area of
Intellectual Property Design Management and Automation. At ADI, he
has developed and managed products and methodologies for reusing
IC semi-conductor designs particularly in the area of SoC’s
(System on Chips). He invented patent-pending automated design
methodologies that save considerable costs for the company.
Tushneem is actively involved with several non-profits in the
New-England region, helping and advising them on fund-raising,
branding, outreach and growth. He is the President of Network of
South Asian Professionals of Boston, a chapter of Network of
Indian Professionals. He is responsible for turning around the
organization during his 3 years at the helm. Tushneem is also the
Conference Co-Chair for the 17th Annual NetIP Conference 2008
scheduled to be held in Boston. He leads several initiatives at
TiE Boston and is involved with Indian Business Club at MIT and
the MITCIO Conference organized by the Sloan Alumni Club at MIT.
Tushneem has a MS in Electrical & Computer
Engineering from University of Arizona and is currently pursuing
an MBA from the High Tech Executive MBA program at Northeastern
University.
Abhishek Jain,
Associate, The Blackstone Group; Harvard Business School Alum
Abhishek is currently an Associate at The Blackstone
Group working on investing in India, which manages over $2.0
billion of assets under management in India. Abhishek covers the
following sectors in India: power/energy, logistics, education,
railroad, agriculture, sugar, and select private transactions.
Prior to Blackstone, Abhishek was an investment professional at
ICICI Venture Fund Management located in Mumbai, India. Prior to
ICICI Venture, Abhishek worked in the Private Equity Group of Bain
& company, where he evaluated investment opportunities for Private
Equity clients. In total, Abhishek evaluated over fifteen
investments during his tenure. At Bain & Company he also worked in
a consulting capacity dealing with strategic and operational
issues facing C-level general managers. At Bain, he analyzed
customer and market requirements and designed business solutions
for products in retail, technology, real estate, and
travel/leisure companies. Abhishek started his career in
investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Abhishek received his
Bachelors degree from University of Southern California, where he
graduated with honors and was a recipient of multiple prestigious
scholarships and has received his MBA from Harvard Business
School.
Keri Hoyt, Vice
President of Marketing, The Princeton Review; Wharton Alum
Since starting with The Princeton Review in 1990 in
California, Keri taught GMAT, MCAT, SAT and SAT II programs.
During her time, she’s taught hundreds of courses and helped
thousands of students prepare for their standardized exams. Of her
recent students, one scored an 800 and another 6 scored 780-790.
Keri is an excellent resource for all questions about the
admissions process. She holds an MBA from Wharton with
specialization in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Marketing.
Additionally, several members of The Princeton Review's
GMAT team will be joining this session to address your
standardized test questions or concerns. For decades their
expertise has been helping young professionals to improve their
GMAT scores. The Princeton Review's exceptional instructors and
timely, challenging materials have made The Princeton Review an
industry leader in GMAT-preparation. Executive Director-Jed Smith,
Director of Marketing-Kyle Matis, and selected GMAT instructors
will all be in attendance. Feel free to ask them any question
