Wine n Greet Details
Everybody has gone to a ‘Happy Hour’ where we drink beer and eat wings. But in the interest of further broadening our social horizons, we put together a crack team comprising of the 50 brightest minds from Harvard and MIT to come up with a new event “Wine ‘n’ Greet”.
Wine ‘n’ Greet is a structured event that puts both outgoing and more reserved "networkers" on a level playing field. A moderator will lead you through the process and explain all the details. It's a great low-pressure, non- intimidating way to make a lot of new contacts in a short amount of time!
At the Wine ‘n’ Greet event, you get:
1. A fast, fun, safe and comfortable way to meet other South Asian Professionals.
2. An enjoyable evening of conversation.
3. Great conversations and some great wine in 1 fun night.
4. A chance to win extra prizes.
5. Guarantee: Make new friends you would want to see again
Flow of the event….
1. Register for the event. Advance registration is required.
2. Gather at the venue at the chosen time
3. Have one-on-one conversations those last 5 minutes each.
4. Every 5 minutes, a bell will ring and the meetings break up. Each person , will shuffle again in a motion that is part musical bar stools
5. When you meet someone you want to see again, write their name on your Recording Card which you will get at the start of the event.
