Jean DiGiovanna, founded ThinkPeople, a coaching & consulting firm, in 1998. She has a unique gift for shifting people's perspective allowing them to achieve beyond what they thought was possible. Jean is a Certified Professional Coach and Member of the National Speakers Association with over 15 years of coaching, facilitating and training experience in both professional and personal arenas. Jean coaches Executives, Entrepreneurs and Small Business Partners to achieve their highest potential and delivers comprehensive training courses in communication, leadership and creative thinking to fortune 500 companies, small businesses and start-ups. As a Personal Coach, Jean helps individuals and groups pinpoint their deepest desires and accomplish what matters most.
Jean began her career as an IT & Management Consultant at Cambridge Technology Partners focusing on Systems Design, Operations Management, Project Team Effectiveness, Organizational Development and Strategic Planning. She served as the Business Operations Manager for CTP's Nordic Region of Europe collaborating with Operations, Sales and Human Resources assimilating employees into the culture, improving quality of sales and delivery and increasing team leadership and communication. She received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University and appreciates and understands the world of IT and Engineering and helps bridge communication gaps.
